Tulaupan is one of the three cities in Xopatl, along with Orjotoro and Ziplatna, that are together known as the Follower's Rests. Tulaupan is vital to Xopatl for trade with its neighbouring nation of Innazpa.

Inhabitants

The city's smiths and inventors have innovated clockwork engines capable of propelling boats against the current up the Follower's River, and as of 4719 AR had begun work on a new type of clockwork engine to propel carts along Xopatl's long roads.
