The council of Aelyosos is an advisory council of local guild, faith, and military leaders who frequently meet to discuss matters of the Iblydan city of Aelyosos, inheritor-capital of the city-state of Pol-Liachora. Since the city is ruled by the absolute authority of the hero-gods Psomeira and Kelksiomides, the council's decisions are non-binding. However, the hero-gods often honor the council's decisions.1
