As of 4725 AR,1 Phimater is the chief myth-speaker of Aelyosos and leader of the local cyclops cult of foresight and mysticism. She resides in the Halls of Revelation, where she recites aloud from the Prognostica, a half-written tome in which cyclopes can read unwritten chapters, though both the book and cyclopes have lost most of their foresight since the start of the Age of Lost Omens. Phimater also advises the city's ruling hero-gods, Kelksiomides and Psomeira, in non-maritime matters.2
