Yxinche
Yxinche is an underwater settlement off the coast of Aelyosos. It is part of the westernmost Iblydan city-state of Pol-Liachora. Once a town of cyclopes, it was destroyed by tsunamis after Earthfall in -5293 AR and slid into the Obari Ocean. Centuries later, surfacing merfolk reclaimed the site as their own.1
People
The merfolk of Yxinche are relatively outgoing for their kind, but remain guarded about the humans of Aelyosos with whom they are allied against encroaching sedacthys.1
