Quilis Fortuna was the commander of the Ivory Cross company in Sargava. She said that the primary goal of Ivory Cross was to protect commerce by maintaining security and order in Sargava and she sought a contract with Baron Utilinus to undertake the protection of Eleder.1 What has become of Fortuna and the Ivory Cross post independence is currently unknown.
