Most of the Northcoast district in Eleder is under the martial command of Sargava's Grand Praetor, Septimia Arodatus. It is settled by colonials. The training grounds of the Eleder militia are located here. It is unknown if Septimia Arodatus still has the same control after Eleder became Anthusis.
