The Iblydan city of Hoimpeia is the archipelago's primary port for westward commerce, and is a rival of Aelyosos, its counterpart to the west.12

History

Hoimpeia's cyclopean temple was the site of the cyclops hero-god Ongalte's unusual ascension, violating tradition by invoking her own myth-speaking and fulfilling the resulting prophecy by destroying the temple.3
