Hollow Mountain #2, a comic book written by Paizo Inc. editor-in-chief F. Wesley Schneider with art by Tom Garcia, and covers by James Boyle, Carlos Gomez, and Tom Garcia was released on December 9, 2015. The "Pathfinder Chronicles" appendix in this volume is penned by Paizo editor Jason Keeley. For the first time in several issues of the Pathfinder comic, no subtitle is printed within the story.

All Pathfinder Hollow Mountain issues include a pull-out poster map and an official Pathfinder RPG bonus encounter. In this comic, the encounter is entitled "Office Assistance" and the pull-out poster map is entitled "Records Hall".
