Spiral of Bones 1
Spiral of Bones #1, a Pathfinder comic book written by Crystal Frasier with art by Tom Garcia, colours by Morgan Hickman, and letters by Thomas Napolitano. Variant covers are by Diego Galindo; Jonathan Lau and Omi Remalante; Marco Santucci and Mariacristina Federico; and Jen Vaughn. The comic was released on March 21, 2018. This issue is subtitled "Life and Death in the City of Strangers" on page 1.
In addition to its Pathfinder content, the issue also contains the first chapter of "Helping Hands", a five-part Starfinder story written by Erik Mona with art by Diego Galindo, colours by Mohan, and letters by Thomas Napolitano.
The "Pathfinder Chronicles" appendix in this volume is written by Paizo editor Jason Keeley.

- The party start their new adventure in Kaer Maga where Valeros meets an old friend.
"Helping Hands" by Erik Mona (24)
- A Starfinder Bonus Story, or Backup Story, begins in this comic that continues in future Pathfinder: Spiral of Bones editions.
"Pathfinder Chronicles: Kaer Maga" by Jason Keeley (28)
- A brief overview of the city of Kaer Maga including its history, its appearance, a gazetteer of its districts, and a section about its factions. The section also describes the poster map included with the comic, providing ideas for its use.
Poster Map
- The pull-out poster included with the comic presents a miniatures-scale map of Augur's Row in Kaer Maga on one side, and Igor Grechanyi's cover art from Inner Sea Taverns on the other.
