Spiral of Bones #3, a Pathfinder comic book written by Crystal Frasier with art by Tom Garcia, colours by Morgan Hickman, and letters by Thomas Napolitano. Variant covers are by Diego Galindo, Tom Mandrake, and Marco Santucci. The comic was released on May 30, 2018. This issue is subtitled "Soul Survivor" on page 3.
In addition to its Pathfinder content, the issue also contains a backup Starfinder story "Helping Hands Part 3: Lost Souls" written by Erik Mona with art by Diego Galindo, colours by Mohan, and letters by Thomas Napolitano.
The "Pathfinder Chronicles" appendix in this volume is written by Paizo editor Jason Keeley.

"Soul Survivor" by Crystal Frasier (1)
- Valeros is still in the Boneyard, while Seoni and the rest of the party fight battles under Kaer Maga.
"Lost Souls" by Erik Mona (24)
- "Helping Hands", the Starfinder Bonus Story, continues with Part 3 in this comic.
- ("Lost Souls" was named in Spiral of Bones 2 and that title does not appear in this comic; this comic names the next episode as "The Ghosts of Gadravel".)
"Pathfinder Chronicles: Caulborn" by Jason Keeley (28)
- An article about the caulborn and their society. A section, "Caulborn-Inspired Feats", discusses an obscure monk organization called the Thought-Eaters resident in the Undercity of Kaer Maga and introduces three style feats based around the teaching of the monks. The section also describes the poster map included with the comic, providing ideas for its use in a Xavorax setting.

- The pull-out poster included with the comic presents a miniatures-scale map of a fungus garden in Xavorax on one side, and Wayne Reynolds' cover art from Planar Adventures on the other.
