Plaza of Flowers

From PathfinderWiki

The Plaza of Flowers is a public square in the Chelaxian capital of Egorian where criminals are tortured and executed in front of large crowds on Judgement Day. Before the Thrune Ascendancy, the plaza was filled with blossoms which flowed down from overhanging windowsills, and contained a large fountain surrounded by flowerbeds. With the rise of the House of Thrune and the widespread worship of Asmodeus however, the plaza was transformed: banners of Asmodean black-and-red now loom down from the upper balconies, and the fountain has been replaced with a scaffold containing the Instruments of Judgement surrounded by eight viewing stands for spectators.1
