Rokoga Gin, also known as The World Walker, is a retired mortal pirate of modern legend who attempted to ascend to godhood by traveling to all corners of Golarion and the planes beyond. They claimed several accomplishments in their pursuit, including the theft of an object from the First Vault of Abadar alongside the Wanderer, a journey to Nirvana as a mortal, and receiving a kiss from Shelyn after reciting a poem about her beauty.1

History

According to Gin, they were born in Goka, where as an adult they became wanted for piracy. To evade capture they were smuggled to Vudra, where they traveled the land learning about Vudrani black powder and clockwork devices imported from Absalom. Out of curiosity about the kind of culture that could create such a device, they then set out to Katheer to board an Absalom-bound ship captained by a dwarf.2
