After the shards of the Sihedron were found and brought together by a group of adventurers in 4712 AR, Heidmarch called together the Sihedron Council to decide on what to do with the reassembled artifact.1 However, in 4713 AR, this project accidentally triggered the rise of the Isle of Xin off the coast of Varisia, which caused a tsunami whose power wreaked destruction as far away as Hermea.345
The Sihedron Council remained active after the events surrounding the Sihedron. In 4718 AR, it intervened in the actions of the revived runelord Alaznist that threatened Varisia.678
In 4720 AR, the revived runelord Sorshen—now queen of the revived realm of Eurythnia in New Thassilon—encouraged the Council to continue studying Thassilon and requested their assistance in locating the evritas orb, an artifact believed to have been lost in the Mushfens of southern Varisia.9
