Located in the Arthfell region of southeastern Andoran near Aspo Bay, the town of Alvis is best known for a series of kidnappings perpetrated by a local cult in 4708 AR.1 Alvis is also home to the Andoran Alchemical Society.2

In 4708 AR the Sheriff of Alvis was an idealistic young man named Eraltis.3
