Davarn

The town of Davarn in the southwestern Five Kings Mountains is one of the centers of dwarven culture in the region.²³

Description

The city is divided into an underground and overground section with the dwarves largely living in the former and humans living and farming in the latter.⁴

Government

Davarn is run by a council of five. Each councillor serves for 10 years but re-elections do not happen all at once, with one seat up for election every two years.⁴
