Elistia

The Hold of Elistia, or Fortress of the Bluffs, is a military outpost of the elven kingdom of Kyonin, located in the north-eastern part of the dwarven nation of the Five Kings Mountains.¹ Elistia has a garrison of 500 elves²³ commanded by Lord Alavar.³

The Hold is protected by the Sentinels of Elistia,¹ led by Lord Alavar in his role as Captain of the Sentinels.⁴ The Hold's elves are unfriendly to visitors, particularly orcs and dromaars,⁵ but assist mountaineers in need that they encounter in their patrols.³
