Many-Locked Vault

The Many-Locked Vault lies below the Hall of the Serpent within the non-human district of Khoretz in Ular Kel. The vault is said to have been created by the same nagas that built the Hall of the Serpent and rumour claims that they hid some sort of super-weapon within the Many-Locked Vault to be used against the ruling Water Lords should the city ever turn on its non-human residents.
