The Skin Sisters are the reason that thieves, muggers, and pickpockets that plague so many of Ular Kel's other districts give Nakhan a wide berth. The Skin Sisters are a secretive cabal of female lycanthropes who guard Nakhan against criminals by serving as a vigilante group. They are incredibly violent, disembowelling mere pickpockets and other petty thieves, then leaving the corpses as a grisly warning.[1]
