The Open Hand are a thieves' guild within Ular Kel that is somewhat tolerated by the ruling Water Lords. Even more unusual than this, they are devoted to the empyreal lord known as Korada, the Open Hand of Harmony and they steal only to help feed the city's poorest and most destitute. The Open Hand are led by a mysterious genderless monk called Shizyk.1
