Tokbolat
Tokbolat serves as the entertainment district of the Karazh capital of Ular Kel and its musicians can be found from Songsouk to Nakhan.1 Tokbolat is also home to the Hanging Coliseum, a gladiator arena that draws competitors from all across Casmaron.2 The district is also home to innumerable bars, restaurants, and even brothels, which are concealed behind woven screens. Those inclined towards gambling can find a hundred different ways to lose all of their gold.1
