Due to a publication error in Divine Mysteries, Neshen's anathema are sourced from an official Paizo staff clarification.1

Neshen is an angel empyreal lord worshipped by former evildoers who seek to turn their lives toward good. He demands years of hard obedience and physical duress from them, but those who turn to him eventually find their redemption.2

Appearance

Neshen appears as a battle-scarred elven man with metallic skin. His skin's segmentation and shaping cause it to resemble living armor.3
