Keltheald is an angel empyreal lord whose followers seek out natural wonders, which are believed to reflect the glory of the celestial planes.12

History

Keltheald once visited the city of Basrakal, violating the city prohibition against gods. His arrival inspired a patchwork legion of outsiders to chase him from the city.3
