Oseph Menhemes is the mayor of Otari and the owner of the Otari Lumber company. He dedicates his mornings to his duties as a public figure and manages the business of his company separately in the afternoons.
Oseph resides in the Menhemes Manor, one of the town's oldest structures. Despite sharing the residence with his wife Emnala, their five children, and a troop of servants, the manor still exceeds their needs and has been partially repurposed as a public Otari history museum.1
