Vandy Banderdash is high priestess of Dawnflower Library, a temple of Sarenrae and library west of the town of Otari, on the southern coast of the Isle of Kortos. She is a talkative halfling woman who welcomes visitors to the temple, and has a knack for suggesting the ideal book even to strangers.1
