Ris is a brash salamander who dwell on Sakalayo Peak and claims to have mystical control over the earthquakes that occasionally accompany the peak's frequent eruptions. Located on the Plane of Fire, the Sakalayo Peak's eruptions cause damage to the building that dot the slopes around it. Very few of the areas resident's took Ris's claims until he was able to predict a recent tremor that caused damage to many of the residences near the volcano's peak.1
