Caliniaya
Caliniaya is an ancient and powerful magma dragon who is the ultimate ruler of the draconic holdings of the Emberen Recess on the Elemental Plane of Fire. A council of ancient magma dragons see to the daily administration of Emberen Recess and its armies of enslaved salamanders and fire elementals.
While magma dragons are prone to violent anti-social behaviour, Caliniaya is considered insane even by magma dragon standards. However, in her erratic periods of lucidity she demonstrates a terrifying political cunning and shrewdness.1
