Ydiliyn is the mysterious ruler of Aralidae, the land at the centre of Ophianos on the Plane of Fire. Aralidae's main inhabitants are the obsidian spiders and Ydiliyn is believed to be one of these creatures, but they also seem to have somehow merged themselves with the tree-like obsidian structures that cover Aralidae.1
