Alban was the name given to one of the lands of the River Kingdoms until it was overwhelmed by goblins in 4071 AR. The goblins renamed it the Kingdom of Zog, but their rule ended when the region was ravaged by yellowtongue sickness in 4217 AR. The land is now known as Lambreth.
