Lead golems are hunchbacked golems made from toxic lead, a metal that also blocks the use of divination spells, and which release large clouds of airborne toxic dust when struck. A lead golem stands eleven feet tall when upright, and weighs 10,000 pounds.1
On Golarion
The Pathfinder Society learnt that lead golems were crafted by Jistkan artificers and elementalists of the Jistka Imperium.2
