Grand Prince Remoque V was emperor of Taldor during the 30th century AR. He averted a war with Qadira in 2921 AR by stopping a coup attempt by a secret society of nobles known as the White Wardens, who had been stirring up xenophobia against the south following the disastrous earthquakes of 2920 AR. He then stripped the traitors of their titles and banished them.
