K'lereng is a Mbe'ke dwarf port city that lies just south of the Sodden Lands in the Terwa Uplands. K'lereng is ruled by King Thabsing Blood-Eye, a dour dwarf who had his eye gouged out when he was captured by pirates just off of the coast of Mediogalti Island. K'lereng's most famous warrior fellowship is the Bloodmarked and it was them who elected Thabsing as king of K'lereng at the beginning of the Corsair Wars in 4695 AR. The people of K'lereng have been in a state of near-perpetual conflict with the pirates of The Shackles ever since.
