Stormwell

The Stormwell, located deep within the Terwa Uplands of Garund, is a moss-covered valley with a plunging, fog-laden ravine that serves as a portal to the Storm of Fangs in the Plane of Air. The region's cloud dragons hold the site sacred as both the home of their portal from the Plane of Air and as their graveyard.

The small valley is densely forested with twisted moss-covered trees, and the ravine at its center is obscured by especially dense fog that masks its elemental portal. Cloud dragons keep knowledge of the portal's existence and location secret, and as their last mortal duty before dying, elderly cloud dragons stand watch over both the portal and their ancestors' remains.
