Lucio Sminsilver is a former captain who retired to the pirate capital of Port Peril. Over forty years ago, Lucio built Sminsilver House, the most desirable residence on the mainland of Port Peril. Unfortunately Lucio was unable to hang on to his home, and in the last forty years it has changed hands over a dozen times; it seems no one is able to hang on to Sminsilver House for more than three years.
