Lukain Latchmin was a former Pirate Lord of the Shackles who once made Port Peril his home. Lukain was an ambitious pirate not content with being a mere Pirate Lord: his ambition was to claim the title of Hurricane King. He failed, and all that remains of his ambition is the fire-scarred fortress called Latchmin's Folly, mockingly named in his honour.
