Merchant Master Pherias Jakar is an important resident of the city of Port Peril, in the Shackles. She serves as one of the city's joint rulers, along with Tsojmin Kreidoros and Sabas Odabio, during the frequent absences of pirate lord Kerdak Bonefist. Like the other two, she has a talent for lists and books of accounts, and considerable knowledge of the legal systems of the Inner Sea region.[1]
