Nefti Unwesha is the owner and proprietor of the Mermaid's Bucket tavern in the pirate city of Port Peril. Nefti not only runs this nautically themed tavern but she also controls a virtual monopoly on rum within Port Peril. Nefti normally buys out any small rum distilleries using strangely marked silver coins; those she cannot buy out, she 'encourages' to move to a different city.
