New Eleder

The cavern of New Eleder was once a small enclave of Sargavan expatriates living amongst the pirates of Port Peril. Part of the underground district of the Knotworks, the tunnel leading into New Eleder collapsed over a year ago. However, due to their general unpopularity, no one ever attempted to dig the cave's residents out. Disturbing rumours claim those near the entrance to New Eleder still sometimes hear the sound of scrabbling and scratching coming from the cavern.
