Captain Vendria is a semi-retired airship captain who as of 4723 AR had served nearly two decades as the mayor of Port Eclipse, a lawless trading port on the Elemental Plane of Air.

A sylph swashbuckler, Vendria is generally regarded as a fair mayor, controlling Port Eclipse with the help of her fellow airship captains. She is not without competition, however, as a secret rival recently emerged amongst the other airship captains. Vendria does not know who this rival is, but they have arranged for more sky pirate attacks on airships associated with Vendria, and rumour has it she has lost some exceptionally valuable items that she would be very grateful to have returned.
