Caelurgy

Caelurgy is the Mbe'ke art of sky magic that facilitates flight, the generation of lightning, divine omens from the stars, and predict and control the weather through powerful rituals. The most powerful rituals of caelurgy, which require the collaborative work of Mbe'ke fellowships led by their High King, can even create hurricanes.

An Mbe'ke practitioner of caelurgy is known as a Sky Sage.

History

The Mbe'ke first practiced caelurgy through teachings of cloud dragon allies who themselves recalled techniques from the Plane of Air. Over the ages since, the Mbe'ke have supplemented these teachings with knowledge from Shory aeromancy and Saoc astrology.
