Helkgen is a small town on the shores of Glacier Lake in the Irriseni province of Bleakmarch.1
The Ulfen residents of Helkgen are struggling to support the merchant ships hugging the shores of Glacier Lake as Jadwiga overlords demand, but also to collect sufficient tribute throughout the year to give to the unforgiving scrags of Scrag Deep.1
As of 4713 AR, Helkgen's mayor was Valka Dagsdottir, who earned the ire of townsfolk while working hard to keep them safe from the scrags.1
