Nirfan is a Qadiran city in the south of the Maharev region, which is one of the safest and most fertile regions in all Qadira. Nirfan itself sits on the eastern bank of the Meraz River a few miles upriver of the town of Isa; the Maharev Jungle lies along the opposite bank.
