Salav is a Qadiran city located in the Northern Zho Mountains area, sitting at the head waters of the River Landon in the foothills of the Zho Mountains. The Northern Zho Mountains region is the poorest of all Qadira's regions and faces the neighbouring land of Taldor just across the Jalrune River, as such it is the least hungry for war with the proud kingdom.1
