Rashiz is a Qadiran city that lies near the centre of the lush Maharev region.1 This region is one of the safest and most fertile regions in all Qadira. Rashiz itself sits on the southern bank of the Meraz River, with the Maharev Jungle just to the north upon the opposite bank.2
