Izzet is a Qadiran city that can be found in the Meraz Desert region that separates Qadira from the rest of the Empire of Kelesh. The Meraz Desert once used to be fertile land before it was sapped of life by the Heralds of Dust. Izzet sits along the coastline where the desert meets the Obari Ocean between the cities of Ihalar to the north and Hegar to the south. 1
