Vannarak is one of the many cities of the naga empire of Nagajor, and is located in its far western reaches on the nation's northernmost island. A relatively new city, it is built around and within the remains of a massive beached kaiju; its residents mine valuable materials from the beast's remains, and academics and wizards travel to study still-unexplored parts of the corpse.
