Alma Avertin owns Sandpoint Savories, but had long delegated running the store to her twin daughters Arika and Aneka. She has had a hard time adapting since her son, sheriff Casp Avertin, was murdered by the Chopper in 4702 AR. As of 4724 AR, Arika had recently left Sandpoint to become an adventurer, opening a rift between her and Alma.
