Courrin Whesterwill, a perpetually worried and sneezy man, runs Sandpoint's Scarnetti Mill for the Scarnetti family. He has lowered prices at the mill to mollify criticism that the Scarnetti's must be behind the rash of fires at the other local grain mills.

As of 4724 AR, the mill still processed all flour and grain for Sandpoint's local farmers, and Whesterwill has struggled financially despite the profits generated by the mill for the Scarnettis.
