Veznutt Parooh is one of Sandpoint's handful of academics, specializing in regional maps and lore. His shop, The Way North, was destroyed in the Sandpoint fire of 4702 AR but has since been rebuilt on the site of a former stable. Veznutt is close friends with the headmaster of the Turandarok Academy, Ilsoari Gandethus, and the two often argue over history when neither is involved in cartography or teaching, respectively.
