Goldenflame
Goldenflame is an abandoned college town in southeastern Lastwall, immediately north of the Iomedaean Goldenflame College.1
Geography
The inland town was located about 45 miles southwest of the Path River and the border of Ustalav. In addition to the college, it supported an apothecary, armory, chapel, and general store.2 The Flaming Wheel tavern and inn provided most of the town's lodging for visitors.3
History
Many of Goldenflame's residents were evacuated to Vellumis during Tar-Baphon's assault on Lastwall in 4719 AR, and the few who remained to defend it were killed.4 The town and college have since been abandoned.1
Later in 4719 AR, Pathfinder Society Venture-Captain Evni Zongnoss dispatched several teams of Pathfinders to document the town's state and recover lost agents in the area. These teams' efforts were heavily documented and remained valuable as of 4722 AR.56
