Watcher-Lord
Watcher-Lord Ulthun II.
Watcher-Lord is the title for the ruler of the historical nation of Lastwall. The Watcher-Lord resided in Vigil's central citadel of Castle Overwatch and possessed final authority "over all matters relevant to the prosecution of the Crusade".1
As of 4723 AR the Watcher-Lord was Ulthun II, a crusader appointed in 4709 AR at the young age of 19 for his exemplary qualities rather than a hereditary claim. Since the collapse of Lastwall in 4719 AR, he now lives in exile in Absalom123 where he recruits and trains new members for the Knights of Lastwall.45
